1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Home List app (Ev Listesi) and this website. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Before public release, the legal text and the identity of the provider will be reviewed separately.

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One account is for one person. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital services in your country if it is higher.

3. Homes and shared content

Everything you add to a home (items, quantities, notes, list names, prices, recurring items and receipt photos) is visible to every member of that home. You keep the rights to what you add and allow us to store it and show it to the members of your home so the app can work. Do not add unlawful content or other people's personal data without their permission. A home's owner can remove members; members can leave at any time.

4. Home List Plus

Home List Plus is optional and adds features such as more members, several lists, prices and budget, full history and statistics, several homes, recurring items, receipt photos and a home screen widget. It is offered as a yearly subscription, with a free trial when the store offers one, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The store shows the price in your currency before you buy.

Plus belongs to the account that bought it and covers every home that account is a member of, so the other members of those homes use the Plus features too.

Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. The yearly subscription renews automatically: on the App Store unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, on Google Play until you cancel. After a free trial, the yearly price is charged unless you cancel during the trial. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account; deleting the app or your Home List account does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore purchases in the app on a new phone.

When Plus ends, nothing is deleted: your lists, history, prices and photos stay. Only the free plan's limits apply again, for example no new members beyond 4, no new lists and no new prices or photos.

5. App Store purchases

For downloads and purchases through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content or its support.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access homes you are not a member of, disrupt or overload the service, send unwanted invitations, copy or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change. When these terms change, the date above is updated; important changes are announced in the app or on this website.

8. Liability

The app is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time; see the account deletion guide. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Questions: support@homelist.fatihaltuntas.dev.
